The UKI Architects Foundation’s first grant application round is open

The UKI Architects Foundation has opened its first grant application round. The application period ends at 11.59 pm on 30 June 2026.

The foundation awards grants to support architecture, art, culture and education. Particular emphasis is placed on projects that have a connection to northern Finland or that strengthen the region’s expertise, culture and communities.

Students, post-graduate students, researchers, artists and other professionals in the field may apply for grants. The grants are intended to enable diverse and impactful projects and to support the development of Finnish architecture and culture.

Applications will be assessed once the application period has ended, and decisions on awarded grants will be announced in September 2026.
